The DCS-50F putty powder quantitative packing machine produced by Sunweigh Hanworld has been trusted by customers for many years for its excellent quality and stable performance, and is widely used in many fields such as fine chemicals, flour, starch, feed, medicine, carbon black, etc.


Sunweigh Hanworld is a professional manufacturer of quantitative packing machines. DCS-50F packing machine is a new powder packing equipment developed by our company, mainly used for packaging putty powders. It overcomes a lot of difficult problems with inaccurate weighing, low packing speed, and material compaction and leakage caused by large changes in material dryness and humidity.  
This machine consists of a weighing device, feeding device, machine platform, dust removal device, control system, conveyor and sewing machine.

Working Principle:

1. The worker puts the bag over the filling port.
2. The worker flips the bag clamp switch.
3. The cylinder receives the bag clamping signal and drives the cylinder to clamp the bag tightly with the bag clamping device.
4. After clamping the bag, the filling equipment receives a signal and filling the material. This machine adopts double screw feeding mechanism.
5. Weighing and filling will take place simultaneously. The filling equipment stops working after reaching the set target weight.
6. The feeding stops, the bag clamping device automatically opens, and the packaging bag falls onto the conveyor and is transported to the sewing machine.
7. Arrive at the sewing machine and manually assist in sewing. The sewing process and the entire packaging process are completed.

1. High precision: High-precision weighing controller is used, which has good reliability. Small size, flexible and convenient installation;
2. Adjustable speed: Double spiral feeding, fast feeding and slow feeding are realized through the controller, and the feeding speed can be set arbitrarily;
2. Environmental protection operation: Closed internal circulation system can effectively prevent dust from flying, improve the working environment and protect the health of employees;
3. Reasonable structure: It is compact and small in size, and can be made into a fixed or mobile body according to user requirements;
