The DCS-QLF-25/50 valve bag packing machine is suitable for powder particle, mixed materials and small granular materials. The packaging speed is fast and the accuracy is high. Representative materials include barite, quartz sand, pyroxene, activated carbon, refractory materials, and dry powder mortar. 

Working principle:

The DCS-QLF-25/50 valve bag packing machine uses a homogenization mixing system to homogenize the material from the silo bin into the buffer bin of the packaging machine. This effectively removes the gas contained in the material from the buffer warehouse and prevents material clumping and bridging, ensuring a smooth packaging process. The material is filled into the packaging bag through a variable frequency-controlled spiral feeding mechanism during the packaging process. When the filling weight reaches the preset quantitative value, the packaging machine stops feeding and the pneumatic device returns the packaging bag to the conveyor, completing a single-bag packaging.

Functional features:

The valve bag packing machine adopts spiral feeding and is suitable for automatic metering and packaging of powder particle mixture materials, small particle powder materials, micro powder and ultrafine powder materials with strong air affinity, such as various synthetic resin powders, pigment powders, carbon black, alumina, titanium dioxide, etc.

The filling method using secondary flow control has the advantages of fast weighing and high measurement accuracy.
