SW-ABF Full-Automatic Bagging Machine

SW-ABF-800 Ful-automatic bagging machine is to hang the bags on the lower spout of the packaging scale and replace the original hanging by manual. After the bags are hanging into the lower spout, the materials fill into the packaging bags to complete the automatic weighing and filling process of the materials. The automatic process of weighing, folding and sealing is the same as before. It is an irresistible trend, semi-automatic will be replaced by automatic that with the characteristic of achieving long-hour working, saving labor cost and reducing management cost.

Full-automatic bagging machine is a working procedure between automatic weighing and automatic folding and sealing. The full-automatic bagging machine should operate with automatic weighing and automatic sealing to achieve the optimal effect. Automatic bagging machine could not work independently, the control part and detection mechanism are integrated with automatic weighing and automatic folding sealing mechanism in a system to achieve the complete operation of the whole packaging process, linkage and testing.

Fully automatic bagging machine completely replaced the manual operation: pick up empty bags, open the bags, and hang them into the spout. Automatic bagging machine installs sensor to detect the position of bag, to check the weighing machine and sealing machine whether in normal operation. If for the abnormal, the bagging process will be paused until the system recovered. When the automatic bag feeder in operation, the following mechanisms need to be inspected: the situation of automatic weighing system whether is normal, the material weight whether is excessive, the bag is accurately inserted, whether the sealing machine is and the stacking equipment is normal, etc.
