The bag feeding mechanism mainly realizes the function of automatic bag feeding and bag shifting to ensure that the bag can be loaded without stopping. The bagging mechanism mainly relies on the manipulator to open and clamp the bagging. When the bag clamping device lowers the packing bag filled with material at the opening, it is assisted by the bag clamping device to send it to the guiding device. Folding and sealing machine, the conveyed packaging bags are automatically folded, then sealed, and automatically cut the thread after sealing. If there is a broken sewing machine control system will automatically alarm and send interlocking stop signal, and there are on-site position detection and operation buttons.
Packaging bags are conveyed to the end of the conveyor through the conveyor of the full-automatic packaging machine, and then grasped by the manipulator. With different working positions, the manipulator can grasp and release single, single and double. Manipulator palletizer can arrange packing bags in an orderly manner, so that the palletizer is beautiful, firm and convenient to transport out. The modular design of the manipulator palletizer reduces the cost of the equipment and enhances the stability of the equipment.
