Fully automatic high-position palletizer and low-position palletizer are the products of Zaozhuang Sunweigh Technology Co., Ltd. Because of the different selection of materials, each function is different.
The scope of application is different:
High-position palletizer mainly palletizes packaging bags and membranes, while low-position palletizer can also automatically palletize small-output packaging boxes.
The palletizing capacity is different:
Both of them can automatically palletize a single production line. The highest palletizer can palletize 8 layers, about 1200 packages per hour; while the lower palletizer usually has a palletizing speed of 200-400 packages per hour and a palletizing height of 200-1600 mm.
Installation range is different:
Relatively speaking, the installation area of high-position palletizer is quite large, the investment cost is high in the early stage, and the subsequent daily maintenance cycle is relatively frequent, which also produces certain costs; while the layout of low-position palletizer is simple, the initial investment is small, and the occupied area is small. It is controlled by touch screen, the fault point is easy to be excluded, maintenance is convenient, and meets the height of the palletizing table 600 +50 mm.
Packaging materials are different:
High-position palletizer palletizes single-size bags. All bags are facing inward. The palletizing speed is fast, the palletizing shape is beautiful and tidy, and it is not easy to slip. Low-position palletizer has grasps similar to that of manipulator, so it is necessary to select materials for bags. If the transmission bags of bags such as film bag woven bags are different in potential and position, it is easier to grab and break the bags.
Automation procedures are different:
The high-position palletizer can automatically flatten, rotate and layered the bags; the low-position palletizer adopts PLC control and realizes man-machine dialogue through touch screen design and operation of the palletizer, which can show the cause and location of production speed failure.
The working principle is different:
High-position palletizer is an efficient palletizing equipment with high automation and integration. The palletizer organizes the packing bags according to the scheduled way, and then lays the whole packing bags one by one on the pallet. Usually as a follow-up equipment of packaging line to improve production capacity and transshipment capacity. With a wide range of applications, suitable for various packaging bags, cartons palletizing needs, reasonable structure, high stability of equipment, simple operation, safe and efficient, flexible marshalling method, can adapt to a variety of materials and sizes of pallets. Compared with low-position palletizer, high-position palletizer has higher output and shorter tray transportation time. The main unit of low-position palletizer is composed of a walking car, a frame and a platform which can be lifted up and down. The lifting platform of palletizer is driven up or down by motor to a suitable position. At the same time, the cart moves the assembled products to the top of the pallet. The carton is clamped by four shaping boards, while the cart moves backwards to drop the carton onto the pallet or the upper carton. When a stack is finished, it is discharged by the stacker conveyor. Customers can choose between manual and automatic modes.
