一、Characteristic of batching system:
1. 3. It has the function of feeding error prevention and material level alarm, and can choose the function of product traceability system.
4. High degree of automation: materials with poor fluidity, such as fibers and steel wool, are also fed and weighed.
5. Customers can choose belt conveyor or trolley conveyor or belt-trolley combined conveyor according to output and accuracy.
6. High accuracy of proportioning: each material can reach 0.2%. The system has multiple functions.
7. DCS control system is adopted in the equipment. The start, stop and operation of the whole system are controlled and monitored in the control room. Three control modes are adopted in the control mode. The personnel in the control room can automatically record raw ingredient data, inquire report forms, print daily and monthly reports by means of interphone and on-site personnel conversation. It has certain traceability.

三、Error Prevention, Feeding Layer, Mixing Layer and Separation Layer
1. The size of silos can be divided into three specifications: large, medium and small according to the needs, so as to better control the accuracy and feeding frequency. Customers can choose stainless steel or carbon steel according to their own conditions.
2. Storage bin door is closed when it is not fed. During the pouring process, a warehouse door is always kept open to avoid misoperation. Sample boxes of materials are added above the warehouse door to prevent mistake twice, so as to reduce the contact between materials in the warehouse and outside air, and to a certain extent to reduce material waste caused by moisture.
3. Bar code identifies feeding errors and prevents errors. Bar code information of materials is input into computer to facilitate traceability of raw materials in batching.
4. Single dust removal system on the top of the silo. The material collected by the dust collector does not mix with other materials, and returns directly to the silo to reduce material waste. The silo is equipped with stainless steel screen. Impurity or agglomeration in filter material
5. Material mixing time and mixer linkage: mixer according to the set mixing time and feeding times, automatically start mixing, feeding, discharging. Manual operation control box is reserved on site. The overhaul door of mixer is not closed and the system is not running.
6. The final product loading is a separate subsystem, which is connected to the general control device and saved the data. The weight of the sub-loading can be accumulated. The results are compared with the data put into the mixer, and the alarm of OVER-TOLERANCE is given. A dust collector is used for mixer feeding and discharging and product material loading.
