Working Principle and Advantage of Packing Machine
The working process of packaging machine: When the equipment enters the working state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door first, and then begins to feed the equipment according to the different feeding methods, which can be divided into two ways, fast and slow, different ways correspond to different materials. When the raw material is added to the equipment to a certain extent, the fast feeding mode can be stopped and the slow feeding mode can be maintained. When the raw material reaches the set maximum value, the feeding door will be closed, thus realizing the whole process of weighing the raw material. The other one is simple in structure and low in cost. The bag-clamping device of the equipment can detect whether the bag is in the predetermined state or not, and the weighing system sends out signals after the bag is tightened, so as to open the unloading door of the weighing hopper and flush the raw materials into the bag. After the material is loaded and unloaded, the bag-clamping device automatically drops the bag, and the conveyor belt conveys the dropped bag to the seamer to seal it.
