Introduction of Flow Scale SW-NCS Bulk Material Scale Products

SW-NCS flow scale is also called in practical application: bulk material scale, bulk grain scale, bulk scale, intermediate scale cumulative weighing, etc. Surface view is a kind of dynamic scale, the essence is through static measurement for cumulative measurement. The function of SW-NCS bulk grain scale is similar to that of belt scale, but it overcomes the shortcomings of poor accuracy, large volume and horizontal feeding of belt scale, and has been widely used in the production process of enterprises. The function of belt weigher is to accumulate the material passing through the belt and provide the material cumulative amount flowing through the belt in unit time. Its disadvantage is that it has poor accuracy and large area, and can only be installed at a horizontal and inclined angle (generally less than 21 degrees). The advantage is that the belt weigher can be installed directly under the belt conveyor in the place where the belt conveyor does not occupy the site. SW-NCS bulk grain scale overcomes the shortcomings of belt scale, and its accuracy reaches 0.2%. It can be installed in the appropriate position of the production line of enterprises according to local conditions. The characteristics of bulk grain scale and flow scale are: dynamic flow and static weighing; material enters from the entrance of bulk grain scale and flows out smoothly from the outlet. Material always moves continuously, but the measuring bucket in the middle is a bucket-by-bucket static and stable measurement.

Because of the advantages of SW-NCS bulk material scale, it has been widely used, for example:

1. Measurement of wheat out of warehouse in flour mill: When a flour mill produces 100 tons of flour, it must know how much wheat it consumes. If there is no flow scale to provide accurate weight data, does it actually consume 120 tons of wheat or 150 tons of wheat to produce 100 tons of flour? Therefore, almost all flour mills need to install a flow scale between the steel silo and the production line to accurately record the amount of wheat entering the processing line.

2. Measurement of raw Maize in and out of the warehouse in starch factories: the purchased raw maize enters the raw steel warehouse through separate inspection, and the inflow flow scale accurately measures the actual weight of the raw maize entering the steel warehouse; before entering the processing line, the actual weight of the raw maize needs to be measured by the bulk grain scale, so as to calculate the corn consumption per unit of starch.

3. Coal shipment measurement: Before loading coal into the cargo yard, the coal bulk weigher is used to measure accurately, which serves as the basis for trade settlement and accurately records the number of shipments.

4. Measurement of unloading of imported bulk materials: unloading of imported bulk materials (e.g. corn and soybean) needs to be measured by flow scales to settle the payment and check the weight. The application of bulk material balance is very extensive, and the installation forms are various. It can be used not only for trade settlement measurement, but also for internal management measurement of enterprises. The measuring speed can reach 1000 tons/hour.

According to different manufacturers, anti-vibration technology can be installed to improve accuracy, and automatic calibration mechanism can be installed.

With the improvement of instrument performance, the present bulk material scale has a variety of computer interfaces, convenient and flexible access to the enterprise's internal management system.
