ZSF Series Boiling Pneumatic Conveyor

      The transmitter of ZSF series boiling pneumatic conveying system is designed according to the principle of boiling flow state. It is mainly suitable for conveying all kinds of powdery materials and granules with light specific gravity. In the whole system, bale opener, LW flat bag dust collector, switch and DL discharge dust collector are the same as ZSP series bypass pneumatic conveying system. The transmitter is different and the booster replaces the bypass pipe.

      ZSF series boiling pneumatic conveying system is jointly developed with relevant design institutes ( institutes ) of the Ministry of Machinery and Electricity and colleges and universities. It adopts a new type of pneumatic conveying system designed by domestic advanced technology. It is a new type of conveying device with wide application range and high use efficiency, and can be automatically controlled by a programmable microcomputer.

      ZSF series boiling pneumatic conveying system has the advantages of stable and reliable conveying, large conveying capacity, good dust removal effect, low power consumption, convenient operation, multi-point discharging, flexible arrangement, improved working conditions, etc.
