ZY91 Series Vortex Pneumatic Conveying System
The transmitter of ZY91 series vortex pneumatic conveying system is designed according to vortex principle. It is a kind of high-concentration dense-phase pneumatic conveying. Its gas-material mixing concentration can reach above 80. It is especially suitable for conveying viscous or moisture-containing materials. It can be used for conveying various powdery materials, such as new sand, old sand, sugar salt, ore, furnace powder slag, clay powder and coal powder, and also for conveying viscous materials such as casting sand.
ZY91 series vortex pneumatic conveying system includes air tank, air-water separator, vortex transmitter, automatic supercharger, wear-resistant elbow, piston fork, conveying pipeline, electrical control, etc.
ZY91 series vortex pneumatic conveying system is reliable in conveying, small in maintenance workload, good in dust removal effect, simple in operation and capable of realizing multi-point discharging.
