Full - automatic packaging scale YS series pneumatic conveying

The full-automatic packing scale YS series pneumatic sample conveying pneumatic conveying system is a device that uses gas pressure to convey articles in a pipeline. It uses compressed air as power and the articles are pushed to a designated place by gas in the pipeline.

The full-automatic packaging scale YS series pneumatic sample conveying pneumatic conveying system is mainly used for conveying steel samples, i.e. the steel samples taken out of the smelting furnace ( both cold and hot ) are put into sample boxes, put into transceivers, and sent to the central laboratory through pipelines for chemical analysis, so that relevant personnel in front of the furnace can grasp the situation in time.  The device can also be used for transporting small items such as mail, bills, telegrams, medicines, etc.

The full-automatic packaging scale YS series pneumatic sample delivery pneumatic conveying system consists of air storage tank, transceiver, pipeline ( including bent pipe and straight pipe ), deflation device, electrical control box and other components.  It takes the form of a two-point single-tube round trip, and a transceiver is respectively arranged in front of the furnace and the central laboratory. The middle of the transceiver is connected by pipelines, and one point sends and the other point receives.  The air source of YS series pneumatic sample delivery pneumatic conveying system can be connected into the user's compressed air pipe network with an inlet pressure of 0.5MPa.
