GY type rigid impeller feeder of full-automatic packaging Machine is a kind of quantitative feeding equipment. GY type rigid impeller feeder is equipped with BLY series cycloid pin wheel reducer. The mountain shaft of the reducer is directly and rigidly connected with the main shaft, thus driving the main shaft and impeller to rotate. A plurality of impeller blades are arranged on the impeller, rubber sealing blades are arranged on the impeller blades and are pressed by a pressing plate, and the sealing blades are tightly attached to the inner wall of the shell. When the motor rotates, the main shaft and the blade shaft rotate at the same time, the material enters the impeller groove from the upper bin through the feed inlet, and the rotating impeller brings the material to the discharge outlet to be fed out.
