Product Introduction of Vertical Fully Automatic Packaging Machine

The topmost end of the vertical full-automatic packaging machine is a hopper, which is convenient for the produced materials to be transported to a storage bin at the top of the full-automatic packaging machine for caching. The electromagnetic valve is arranged at the lower side of the bin to control the blanking of materials, and a weighing device is arranged below the electromagnetic valve. The materials are weighed by the weighing device and then enter the feeding system through the electromagnetic valve at the lower side. Because different materials of different properties adopt different feeding methods. For example, granular materials are fed by gravity, powder materials are fed by spiral, and mixed materials are fed by belt. This method can ensure smooth blanking of materials and avoid material sticking and sticking. Under the feeding system are a blanking port and a bag clamping device, under the blanking port are an automatic bag feeding machine and a conveyor, the automatic bag feeding machine can realize automatic bag feeding and bagging of materials, and the conveyor can automatically output the packaged packaging bags for folding and seaming operations. Finally, the output of the conveyor waits for stacking operation.
