The working principle of potassium chloride quantitative packaging machine is as follows:

Potassium chloride quantitative packaging machine needs manual bagging, manual bagging of bags into the lower opening, switching the bag clamping switch, controlling the cylinder after receiving the signal of bagging, driving the bag clamping device to clamp the bags, and starting the feeding mechanism to feed the materials in the bin into the weighing hopper. After reaching the target weight, the feeding mechanism stops feeding, the bin closes, and the weighing hopper is driven by gravity feeding. After filling, the belt opener opens automatically, the filled bag falls on the conveyor automatically, and the conveyor conveys back to the sewing machine, which is assisted by manual sewing bag and outputs back to complete the packaging process.

8. Automatic correction of material overshoot, automatic zero tracking, overshoot detection and suppression, over and under alarm;

9. Optional automatic sewing and wrapping thread breaking function: Photoelectric induction automatic sewing and wrapping after pneumatic shearing, saving labor.
