DCS-25F-CX-CC Working Principle of Pigment Powder Quantitative Packaging Machine: The pigment powder quantitative packaging machine needs to manually insert the packaging bag into the blanking port, toggle the entrainment switch, the control system drives the air cylinder after receiving the bagging signal, the entrainer clamps the packaging bag, and at the same time, the feeder mechanism is started to feed the material from the storage bin into the packaging machine. The feeding mechanism is double helix feeding. When the target weight is reached, the feeding mechanism stops, the entrainer automatically opens, the packaging bag automatically falls onto the conveyor, and the conveyor conveys the packaging bag backward to sew the mouth, completing a bagging process.
