1. Solution of Full-Automatic Packing Machine for Polypropylene

Speed can reach 600d/h, packaging accuracy: 0.2% can be matched with automatic sewing, automatic spraying code, automatic palletizing, etc., the whole line can be fully automated.
2. Solution of Moveable Packing Machine for Polypropylene
Because of the production process of polypropylene, it is usually discharged from many flash kettles, which can be pneumatic conveyed by nitrogen to storage warehouse, and then packaged. However, it needs a lot of nitrogen consumption every day, and the cost is high. The moveable polypropylene packaging machine independently developed by the Sunweigh Hanworld Machine company can realize the packaging of 2-3 flash kettles at the same time, which greatly reduces the investment cost and also meets the packing needs of polypropylene.
3. Solution of Semi-automatic Polypropylene Packing Machine
According to the output of customer's polypropylene, Sunweigh Hanworld Machine company polypropylene packaging machine has three kinds of gravity feeding packaging machine: packing machine without hopper, single hopper and double hopper.
