The magnetic iron powder tonnage bag scale is a kind of granular tonnage bag scale. The packaging equipment is changed to gravity feeding mode. First, the iron powder is conveyed to the tonnage bag bin by the twisted dragon through the screw feeding mode. Then the four bags of the tonnage bag are artificially hung on four hooks. The solenoid valve opens the discharging material and fills the tonnage bag. The weighing device continuously weighs the tonnage bag and waits for the weight of the tonnage bag. After reaching the qualified weight, the solenoid valve closes, the packing bag falls on the conveyor, the workers take off the bag system, the conveyor outputs the iron powder tonnage bag, and finally the tonnage bag is transferred to the transport vehicle by the air crane or forklift. In addition to manual bagging, the whole process is completed by the tonnage-bag scale independently. The emergence of the tonnage-bag scale meets the needs of large bags of material packaging and brings convenience to many enterprises. Due to the flexibility and convenience of installation on site, the ton-bag scale can be adjusted to local conditions to the maximum extent and the location can be reasonably arranged. For bags of different weights in the packaging process, it can automatically peel and clear, and has the function of automatic data correction to ensure the accuracy requirements.
According to the requirements, it can be equipped with shaking package function or flexibly adjust the standby and hook height.
The system has two operation modes, automatic and manual, which can be switched at will.
