一、Equipment composition of starch sugar and crystalline fructose packaging production line:
According to the actual production needs of users, our company designs starch sugar and crystalline fructose packaging production line. The main equipment includes: storage bin, throat metal detector, mixing buffer bin, DCS-Z-S packaging scale, conveyor, weight checking device, thermal combination device, seam packaging device and so on. Storage bin: material temporary storage device, according to the size of output to determine capacity.
Throat metal detector: Because the material is used as food additive, the metal impurities in the material must be removed. Special software design is adopted for the straight-down occasion to improve the detection performance.

The whole product is made of 304 food grade stainless steel. The material contact part is made of 316 stainless steel. The weld seam is polished completely and no material is stored. Food grade silica gel pads are added to the inner cracks, and threading pipes are processed in the pneumatic and power line scales, and the length is reduced as much as possible.
Weight Checking Device: Suitable for automatic weight testing of heavy-weight packaging products. Effective re-inspection of packaging bags to determine whether they are qualified or not, and to avoid weight errors on the production line exceeding the prescribed product outflow.
Hot seam packaging device: Because of the moisture-proof requirement of materials, the device first heat-bonded the inner plastic film of the packaged bag filled with materials, and then the hot-bonded bags were conveyed to the seam bag of the seam machine by the conveyor to complete the whole packaging process.

四、 Installation and after-sales service of starch sugar and crystalline fructose packaging production line:
1. Construction: The company is responsible for field installation and commissioning.
