The full-automatic packing and palletizing production line consists of a full-automatic packing machine (SW-ABF-800) and a full-automatic high-level palletizing machine (SW-ASH-1200). The full-automatic packing and full-automatic high-level palletizing machine production line equipment includes: automatic hanging bag system, automatic weighing, automatic filling, automatic folding and sewing, automatic finished product conveyor, bag inversion mechanism, flattening device, posture adjustment device, marshaling device, layered lifting device, and other equipment, which can complete the fully automatic quantitative packaging and palletizing production of granular, powder, and mixed materials. The full-automatic packing and the high-level palletizing machine production line have high packaging accuracy, a high degree of automation, and a wide application range.

Working principle

When the material storage bin is ready, the automatic hanging machine also starts to automatically hang the bags. When the bag mouth is set on the bag holder of the full-automatic packing machine, the hopper of the full-automatic packaging machine starts to load. When the action is completed, the bagging device of the bag holding machine (holding bag cart) holds the packed bags, delivers the bags to the folding edge of the folding machine through the belt conveyor, and then to the sewing machine, and starts sewing the bags. After completion, the packing bag is sent to the belt conveyor in the reverse belt shaping machine. The reverse belt shaping opportunity first knocks down the standing material bag and rotates 90 degrees. Then, the uneven material is flattened by shaping and rolling. The weight testing machine and metal testing machine can be selected randomly for testing. When the testing is completed, the unqualified products will be eliminated. The gradient conveyor transfers the qualified packing bags to the buffer conveyor, rolls them by the bag press to smooth the shape of the bags, and then rotates the bags 90 or 180 degrees by the rotating bag posture adjusting device so that the sewing mouth of the bags is all internally measured. The packing bags are arranged in layers according to the set order and arranged after a maximum of 8 layers. The stacking process is completed by the bag tray conveyor, and the forklift truck forks out. Full-automatic packing and high-level palletizing machine production line can palletize 1200 packages per hour, suitable for box, film, and packaging bags.
